Recruitment & Admissions Process
The responsibilities will include
  • Processing Applications to Partner that fit the students skills and ability.
  • Completing student files and chasing student documents.
  • Contacting students by telephone and email to discuss the admissions process and the steps to complete enrolment.
  • Inform Students of acceptances
  • Discuss the student visa procedure & required documents
  • Enrolling students to partner
  • Supporting Students with application process
  • Processing Direct Applications to partner
  • Updating internal Data Management With in Progress Applications
  • Supporting the Event Mangement Team in planning student Fairs
  • Assist with organisation of recruitment Events, including event logistics
  • Manage candidates throughout recruitment process providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Liaise with students and assessors to secure availability for recruitment events
  • Deal with any cancellations from students and assessors, as and when these occur flagging any issues to the manager for that region
  • Work closely with the manager population to flag backlogs or availability issues
  • Follow up with assessors if notes are not submitted within agreed SLAs.
  • Complete screening of applications
  • Other related duties as required
  • Manage centralised recruitment inbox and respond to queries within 24 hours.
  • Add students details to offer tracking spreadsheets and report on offers accepted/declined
  • Complete 'offer forms'™ for students following recruitment events
  • Support the recruitment officer as required and assist with any ad-hoc operational duties as needed
  • Collate reports on activity and feedback to management to aid evaluation - Respond to telephone enquiries ensuring that the phone is answered within three rings
Attraction and Outreach Activities
  • Work with Officers to assist with organisation, promotion and delivery of internal and external events. This will include working with students

  • Liaise with staff event volunteers to brief prior to each event and send meeting requests and joining instructions
  • Book events, venues, catering and related event administration
  • Liaise and build relationship with key stakeholders such as colleagues at the careers services
  • Manage event distribution, invitation lists and newsletter lists
  • Track stock levels and locations of marketing materials
  • Assist with the implementation of an internal communications strategy to build awareness of how employees can get involved with Student Recruitment related activities
